We were out in the rainy forest. The dogs ascended to the throne. Queen Gizmo at the top and princess Aliyah underneath. I found an old wooden board where life had begun to blossom. Not much seems to stop life from arising in one form or another. Besides looking crazy while jumping over streams - the dogs where really crazy about the autumnal berries, and spent a whole lot of time eating blueberries. I followed their example. Raspberries too! Mmmm...

Norway
Norway
We took a trip over the border into our beautiful neighbouring country Norway one evening. We did not see much, but the little we saw was really nice. We planned on sleeping in the car somewhere and then drive back to meet the group early next morning, but after a second thought we realized that we'd be way too tired and that we better head back the same night. Cool little visit to Norway anyway :)

This is totally true though!
We took a trip over the border into our beautiful neighbouring country Norway one evening. We did not see much, but the little we saw was really nice. Silver falls...
Silver falls...
Me and my friend found ourselves a little paradise on Earth. Here we spent two splendid evenings. Both evenings we made a fire that gave us lovely warmth. The fire was really needed the second night at the silver falls, when we had to find out exactly how cold the water in the lake was. I love the contrasts.

I just got home from one week in the mountains. I was far, far in the northern part of Sweden. I've been up there studying these kinds of arctic ecosystems. In five days we were out walking for a total of about 35 hours. The trip was very interesting and exciting. Being there made me feel alive. Great experience. One of my very best friends was there with me too, so that was also a whole lot of fun. I've got a lot of nice memories and some nice photos too!
Hope to go there soon again!
We tend to choose the more easy and comfortable paths,
rather than the more beautiful and exciting ones...
...sometimes it's a hard choice...
...but walking the less comfortable paths,
you're allowed to stop and take a nice rest now and then...
...to enjoy the beautiful views along the way! :)
